Last night we took Charlie Trick or Treating for the first time, since he was only 5 months old last year and sick he didn't go out on Halloween. For
Halloween Charlie went as a Train Conductor, and I am pretty sure he was the cutest train conductor there ever was. We only took him to about five or so houses before he had enough and wanted to be carried so we decided that it was time to come home. When we got home Charlie decided it was much easier to Trick or Treat from the bucket of candy at the house. About every five or so minutes Josh had to dump Charlies bucket back into the big candy bucket because he had moved all the candy from the big bucket to his bucket. As the night went out Charlie stood inside and waved at all the Trick or
Treater's we had and pushed around a
Tupperware bin that we had gotten to put all his baby clothes in.
To close out the night before Charlie went to bed we had to have a little drama. Our poor little guy got his fingers smashed in the door, I really thought he might have broken one of his little fingers. I have never heard him scream and cry so hard, after about 5 minutes of crying and finding a
paci for him he was okay but wanted to stay close to mommy. After his
little accident we decided that it was bed time. Aside from the accident I know Charlie has so much fun on Halloween and I really can't wait until next year!
